Commercial License 500

‼️Please read the full following policies carefully‼️:

• This license is for commercial use of ONE artwork file in our shop.

• You MUST purchase this license if you intend on using any of our files to create and sell up to 500 units of your own end products.

• With this license, you can sell ONLY UP TO 500 units of end product using the artwork from ONE listing in our shop.

• This license does not include the actual artwork. You must have purchased the artwork separately.

• You must purchase ONE license for EACH listing you wish to use commercially. For example, if you purchase 2 digital files, you must purchase 2 licenses in order to use both commercially.

• ATTRIBUTIONS: Proper credit MUST be given to Spicy’s Custom Creations when using this file on any platform, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any social media.

The following is prohibited under all licenses:

✘ Claiming this design or any part of it as your own

✘ Re-selling, licensing, adding in your own elements or redistributing the original digital files

✘ Creating and selling new designs, templates, clipart, digital paper or scrapbook paper using any of our files

✘ Using this pattern as-is to sell on any print-on-demand websites (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, etc.)

Upon purchase, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork as outlined above. You may not claim the artwork as your own.

Your receipt of this purchase confirms right for commercial use, up to 500 units sold ONLY. Please keep a copy of this receipt for your records. (No physical items will be sent to you.)
